We have a series of carefully prepared routes for you and your companions to enjoy the charm that La Palma has to offer. These routes can be modified by you according to your tastes and preferences; we adapt to you, picking you up from any point on the island. You can always rely on our advice.
Departure from the Airport, Cancajos heading to El Paso. We make a stop in Tacande at the base of the volcano, from there you can go to a viewpoint to see the lava flows. Then, we proceed to the viewpoint at the Church of Tajuya to see the volcano from another perspective before returning to the starting point.
Departure from Los Cancajos or the Airport, heading to the La Concepción Viewpoint. From there, we take the La Cumbre Road towards the Visitor Center of La Caldera de Taburiente, passing through the La Cumbre Viewpoint. From the visitor center, we continue our excursion to La Cumbrecita, where, if the day is clear, we can observe the impressive Caldera de Taburiente. Next, we head towards El Paso, to the Tacande neighborhood, to see the Cumbre Vieja Volcano and its lava flows. Afterward, we proceed to the Tajuya Viewpoint to continue observing the volcano. We then head to the La Laguna neighborhood to cross over the lava flows and reach the Las Hoyas Viewpoint to see the Lava Delta (Fajana). Continuing towards Tazacorte, we will cross another road over the new lava flows. Once there, we return to the starting point.
Departure from Los Cancajos or any location you indicate, including the airport. We will traverse Santa Cruz de la Palma through the Avenida Marítima, stopping at the Mirador de las Vueltas de San Juanito. We’ll visit Casa Luján in Puntallana if the schedule allows, then proceed to the Mirador de San Bartolomé or Mirador del Salto del Enamorado, Bosque de Los Tilos, San Andrés neighborhood, and Charco Azul in the municipality of San Andrés y Sauces. We’ll continue towards the municipality of Barlovento, making stops at its viewpoints (La Tosca and Las Mimbreras), before reaching the municipality of Garafía. From there, we’ll head to Puntagorda and Tijarafe, stopping at the Mirador de El Time, and then descend to the Puerto de Tazacorte before returning to the starting point.
Departure from Los Cancajos or any location you specify. We will head to the Mirador de San Juanito, Casa Luján in Puntallana if the schedule coincides with the house’s opening hours, Mirador de San Bartolome, and Los Tilos. We will pass through the center of Los Sauces before heading to Charco Azul and the neighborhood of San Andres, where one of the oldest churches in La Palma is located, and one of the most picturesque places on the island. Return to the starting point.
Departure from Los Cancajos, Breña Baja, or the Airport, heading to the La Concepción Viewpoint. From there, we take the La Cumbre Road towards the Visitor Center of La Caldera de Taburiente, passing through the La Cumbre Viewpoint. From the visitor center, we continue our excursion to La Cumbrecita, where, if the day is clear, we can observe the impressive Caldera de Taburiente. Next, we head towards El Paso, continue to Los Llanos de Aridane and Puerto de Tazacorte, passing through the village of Tazacorte. Once there, we return via the El Pilar Refuge, stopping at the Mirador del Jable before returning to the starting point.
Departure from Los Cancajos or any location you specify, including the airport, towards the La Concepción Viewpoint. From there, we travel towards the Montaña de La Breña, passing through the municipality of Breña Alta, famous for its traditional Palmero cigars. We continue towards the town of Mazo, renowned for its wines. The journey proceeds to the municipality of Fuencaliente, where we will visit the San Antonio Volcano (entrance not free). Afterward, we can descend to the southernmost tip of the island where the Salt Flats and the Lighthouse are located, before returning to the starting point.
Departure from the hotel, airport, or any location you prefer, heading to the La Concepción Viewpoint, La Cumbre Viewpoint, stopping at the Visitor Center of La Caldera de Taburiente, La Cumbrecita Viewpoint, El Time Viewpoint, and Poris de Candelaria. Return to the starting point.
Departure from Los Cancajos or any location you specify, including the airport, towards the Roque de Los Muchachos at an altitude of 2426 meters. This route can be done in four different ways:
Note: Before ascending to the Roque de Los Muchachos, it is advisable to inform yourself about certain aspects, which you can check with the Astrophysics Institute of the Canary Islands.
Departure from Los Cancajos, Breña Baja, or the airport, heading towards Roque de Los Muchachos with stops at various viewpoints until reaching the summit. Return journey through the northern part of La Palma, stopping at some viewpoints in Barlovento and Los Tilos. Another option is to return via the west, making stops in Puntagorda, Mirador del Time, and Puerto de Tazacorte, before returning to the starting point.
